Places TBC
Entry numbers are confirmed with the England Athletics licence. If demand supports it we will look at extending the licence, but do not count on it.
Yes, up to a cut-off
Transfers to another runner are handled through the entry platform up to a date before the race. Never run under someone else's number.

The refund and deferral rules are set out on the entry platform when you enter. We will summarise them here once entries are open.
One ear only
Bone-conduction or single-ear headphones are fine. Both ears covered is not allowed, because parts of the course are shared paths.
Welcome
It is a friendly, inclusive event. If you expect to take more than about two hours, let us know so the marshals expect you.
When do entries open?
Entries open soon. The date and the entry link will be announced here and on the club's Facebook and Instagram. 2026 sold out, so it is worth entering early.
