Finish and afterwards

Finish strong.
Stay awhile.

Keep moving through the finish funnel, collect water, then walk back to the cricket club. Show your number in the event village to collect your medal and keepsake, then stay for the fun run, the presentation and the afternoon.

Safety and wellbeing

Look after
yourself.

Before you run

Arrive hydrated, dress for the weather and do not start if you feel unwell or injured. Fill in the emergency details on the back of your number.

On course

Follow marshals, race crew and medics. Stay alert on the narrow riverside sections and keep moving through them when it is safe to do so.

Need help?

Stop and speak to the nearest marshal. If you withdraw, always tell the race team so they know you are safe.

Litter-free event

Use the bins provided and keep gel wrappers with you until they can be disposed of safely. The riverbank is a public path and we want to be invited back.
